Silver Skin Onions
Silverskin onions are pickled in white vinegar, and are much smaller than the normal onions. Silverskins are sweet in flavour with a gentle tang. These crunchy little onions are a great way to liven up a salad. Can be used for appetizers and other savoury dishes.
